PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Please review the following policies carefully before booking your appointment. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed below. DEPOSIT * A $30 minimum deposit is required after booking. The deposit will be applied toward your remaining service balance. * If your card is not automatically charged at the time of booking, please contact me to submit your deposit. GUEST POLICY * No extra guests are permitted. * Please arrive alone unless previously discussed and approved. LATE POLICY * There is a 10-minute grace period. * After the 10-minute grace period, a $10 late fee will be applied. * Please be mindful of your appointment time, as late arrivals may affect the time available for your service. NO-CALL / NO-SHOW POLICY * A 35% fee will be charged for all no-call/no-show appointments. * If the card on file is charged for a no-call/no-show fee and the payment is declined, you will no longer be eligible to book future appointments. HAIR & COLOR * Hair is provided for each style in the following colors: 1B, 2, 4, and 1. * Any other color must be provided by the client. * For colored X-Pression hair, only X-Pression packs are accepted. * If you are unsure about the hair needed for your style, please contact me before your appointment. LENGTH & ADD-ONS * Please specify your desired length, color, and any add-ons in the booking notes. * If you would like extra length, please include this in your booking notes so the appropriate hair can be prepared. CHANGES & REFUNDS * All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless a mistake is made on my end. * Please inspect your style before leaving the salon. Any changes or adjustments must be requested before leaving the salon. FREESTYLE STRAIGHT BACKS * If booking Freestyle Straight Backs, please send your desired freestyle/inspiration before booking so I can confirm that the requested style can be accommodated. CLIENT-PROVIDED HAIR * I provide the hair for all styles unless otherwise specified. * If your style or hair type requires a specific type of hair, please contact me before your appointment. * Please do not bring your own hair without prior approval. BOHO KNOTLESS * The Boho Knotless styles listed on my booking site include my standard amount of bohemian hair. * I provide Organique pack hair for Boho Knotless. * If you prefer to provide human hair instead, please let me know in advance. * If you would like EXTRA BOHO, please contact me beforehand so we can discuss your desired look. Extra boho is an additional add-on and will include an additional fee. * Human hair is highly recommended for an extra-boho look. HAIR PREPARATION * Please arrive with your hair PRODUCT-FREE. * If there is a specific oil or product you would like used after your service, please bring it with you. * You may also request that I use one of my own products. TAKE-DOWN SERVICES * Take-down services are now available for styles that were originally done by me. * Take-downs must be discussed and approved prior to booking your appointment. EARLY BIRD & AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS * Early morning and after-hours appointments are available by request only. * Please contact me to discuss availability. * An additional fee will apply to all early-bird and after-hours appointments. Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Thedangerousedge has a 35% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify us as soon as possible to reschedule.
